Aptic Cloudhelp stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts and innovative spirit fostered at our university. Conceived as a group project, Aptic Cloudhelp was born out of a shared vision to streamline customer support processes using modern technology.
From the initial brainstorming sessions to the final presentation, Aptic Cloudhelp underwent a transformative journey. Leveraging Adobe XD, we meticulously crafted each element of the user interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for both customers and support agents alike.
Our design process was truly comprehensive, beginning with rough sketches on paper and progressing to physical cardboard prototypes before culminating in a fully functional digital prototype in Adobe XD. It was an iterative process marked by experimentation and refinement, with each iteration bringing us closer to our ultimate goal.
Notably, it was my design that was chosen to advance to the final prototype stage—a testament to the dedication and creativity I brought to the project. Aptic Cloudhelp represents not only a successful collaboration but also a valuable learning experience in UI/UX design and prototyping.
